1. Site Selection
If you’ve got a choice of properties to choose from or just want to make sure you build on the right area of your property, we can assist you in making the right decision.
2. Feasibility Study
Want to understand what will happen when you build a new store, build an addition or remodel? Westmor has the expertise to show you the potential outcome and feasibility of your plans.
3. Preliminary Design
Setting up a preliminary design helps to ensure everyone is on the same page with the project for for budget-estimating purposes. Elements include:
- Site Plan – Layout everything that is planned to make sure that it all fits in the allotted space with proper flow of traffic.
- Building Conceptual Design – Create a building concept prior to designing the details to make sure that it’s exactly what you had envisioned.
- Floor Plan – Ensure you have enough floor space for everything that you would like to include on the interior of your store.
- Equipment Plan – Make sure you’ve got enough equipment, and the right equipment, to keep your station running smoothly, and are able to serve your customers quickly and efficiently.
- 3D Modeling Option – Convert all of your plans into a 3D drawing to see your c-store brought to life. See it as a fly-through before it’s built.
4. Budget Estimating
Understand a conceptual budget for the plans in your preliminary design. This step allows for adjustments prior to finalizing your project.
5. Architectural Designs
Know exactly what to expect, and anticipate, with your project by planning the architectural details– down to the color and style of tile being used in the restrooms.
6. Project Management
Westmor prides ourselves in our team of experts, who provide the services to manage your project from beginning to end.
Scheduling – We’ll take care of all the arrangements needed from breaking ground to pouring concrete to installing your equipment.
Subcontracting – We assist in the selection of subcontractors, whether we know them or you refer them, and manage the work that they need to do on-site.
